OYSTAR Manesty FLEXITAB® single-station press features multilayer tablet function that allows it to produce 3-layer tablets. All parameters are fully adjustable which allows for simulation of any rotary tablet press at any given speed. Supporting production of small batches, system includes hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders that enable compression forces of 100 kN and rapid punch displacement. It also has TFT touchscreen panel PC and PLC-based control system.

OYSTAR Introduces OYSTAR Manesty FLEXITAB® Tablet Press at Interphex 2008
Fairfield, NJ - The Process Division of the newly-formed OYSTAR USA will be introducing the OYSTAR Manesty FLEXITAB® fully automated, single station Tablet Press, at Booth #1218 at the 2008 Interphex Show in the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, PA on March 26 - 28, 2008. One of FLEXITAB's most notable features is a multi-layer tablet function that gives it the unique capacity to produce three-layer tablets.
The OYSTAR Manesty FLEXITAB has been developed to support the production of small batches, offering a solution to the research and development of new tablets. Unlike other tablet presses, the FLEXITAB is not fixed to a compression cycle. All parameters are fully adjustable which allows for the simulation of any rotary tablet press at any given speed. This is possible due the FlEXITAB's hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders that enable compression forces of 100kN and rapid punch displacement. The TFT touch screen panel PC and PLC based control system, along with the FLEXITAB software gives operators the flexibility to experiment with all parameters of the compression cycle.
