Precision Roll Sorter provides compact tool for sorting mixed parts as well as inspecting their length and diameter. It includes pair of case hardened stainless steel rollers, which can be custom-supplied from .002-.000010 in. total indicated run-out for specific requirements. Roller height and angle, along with locking roller gap and fallout baffles, are adjustable. Product also features roller speed controls and stainless steel storage bins or output chutes.

CDS Manufacturing has developed a table top Precision Roll Sorter for fast, efficient inspection and sorting in a compact system.
The standard system includes a pair of case hardened stainless steel rollers, adjustable roller height and angle, locking roller gap adjustments, adjustable fallout baffles, stainless steel storage bins or output chutes, and roller speed controls. The system may be customized with rollers ranging from .002" to .000010" total indicated run-out for the specific inspection requirements.
