Package includes indexer, worm drive reducer, 1/3 hp dc motor and controller, and cam and limit switch assembly for cycle-on-demand capability. Unit features 1.75 in. dia center through-hole for power or signal apparatus, as well as variable speed controller. Accessories include torque overload device and custom dial plates.

The Cyclo-Index Company introduces our 3400 Series Dial Table Index Drive Package. Designed to provide automation engineers with a compact and reliable rotary dial indexer, the new 3400DT follows the Cyclo-Index tradition of quality.
The 3400DT Drive features a modified sine motion, widely accepted in the industry for mechanical intermittent motion drives. This unit is offered as a complete drive package with an array of standard motions suitable for most applications. We can also provide special motions to meet specific design requirements.
The standard package includes the 3400DT Indexer, a worm drive reducer, 1/3 hp DC motor and controller, plus a cam and limit switch assembly for cycle-on-demand capability. The unit features a 1.75" diameter center through-hole for power or signal apparatus. With its dynamic braking and variable speed controller, this package offers complete timing and control versatility. Available accessories include torque overload device, riser blocks for mounting, vertical mounting bracket and custom dial plates.
