Designed to provide visual documentation of product contamination or verification of product quality, FlowCAM® V-1000 enables users to automatically take high-resolution, full-color digital images of particles and cells in sample, see true shape and size, and save them for further analysis. Particle size, length, width, shape, ESD, and other parameters are measured in real-time, recorded, and made available in interactive scattergram and by clicking on individual images.

Yarmouth, ME: The new FlowCAM® V-1000 particle vision instrumentation from Fluid Imaging Technologies, Yarmouth, Maine (www.fluidimaging.com) features the patented automated particle and cell imaging and analysis capabilities from the original FlowCAM but at a lower cost than its predecessor and on a more compact footprint.
Developed to provide visual documentation of product contamination or verification of product quality in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, plastics, coatings and other manufacturing and process industries, the new FlowCAM V-1000 enables QA/QC officers, process engineers, laboratory managers and others to automatically take high resolution, full color digital images of particles and cells in a sample, see their true shape and size and save them for further analysis with the corresponding data sets of every image. Particle size, length, width, shape, ESD and dozens of other parameters are measured in real time, recorded and made instantly available by the thousands in an interactive scattergram and by clicking on the individual images.
Ideal for collaborative analysis, the images may be emailed among R & D, processing, product development, quality assurance and other departments and/or uploaded to corporate intranets to enable everyone involved with the product to see and evaluate the data quickly from locations all over the world. The FlowCAM V-1000 comes pre-loaded with the company's VisualSpreadsheet© V2.0 particle vision instrumentation software and software updates are included free for one year.
