With wheel diameter of 4 in., PlasTech swivel casters are constructed of high-performance thermoplastics and feature labyrinth assembly protecting axis and bearing from contamination. Series includes low-profile 4 1/8 in. swivel model, and 2 standard 4¾ in. models, one with directional wheel lock tested to minimum of 390 N. Swivel radii are 3½ in. for wheel lock model and 3 5/16 in. for others. Polyurethane wheels are removable for cleaning.

Revvo Caster Introduces New Heavy-Duty PlasTech Swivel Casters
(NOVEMBER 2006) - The Revvo Caster Company, Inc., West Seneca, New York announces the introduction of its new heavy-duty PlasTech swivel casters. With a load capacity of 220 lbs., 25% greater than its standard PlasTech models, the new caster is available in three twin-wheel models, each with a wheel diameter of 4 inches. Revvo PlasTech casters are designed for hospital and medical equipment, promotional displays, appliances, furniture, and other applications requiring dependable performance combined with design style, the company states.
Featuring soft, streamlined contours, PlasTech casters are constructed of high-performance thermoplastics and feature a labyrinth assembly to protect the axis and bearing against the ingress of dirt, moisture and other contaminants, according to Revvo. The series includes one low-profile swivel model (4-1/8") and two standard-height swivel models (4-3/4"). One of the standard models is offered with a directional wheel lock tested in accordance with BSEN12530 to a minimum of 390N. Swivel radii are 3-1/2" for the wheel lock model and 3-5/16" for the low-profile and standard swivel models.
Revvo Caster states that the new PlasTech casters also feature removable wheels for cleaning and robust ball bearings for durability and optimum rolling performance. Standard wheel material is gray polyurethane.
