Housed in bottom-ported, 3.20 x 1.25 x 2.5 in. package, 3-way Compact Switching Ball Valves feature 3/16 in. port size, 1/8 or ¼ in. FNPT connections, and panel mounting via 13/16-7/8 in. diameter hole. Units deliver bi-directional flow and have blow-out proof stem for safety. Rated per MSS SP-99 and marked per MSS SP-25, units can be constructed to satisfy NACE requirements for corrosion resistance. Body and adapters are 316 stainless steel, and all seats and seals are replaceable.

New 6000 PSI Compact Switching Ball Valves Save on Panel Space, Installation Time
ERIE, PA - Innovative Pressure Technologies (IPT) introduces 6000 PSI Compact Switching Ball Valves. These valves feature Trunnion-style ball construction to deliver reliable 3-way performance at working pressures up to 6000 PSI (414 bar) in a bottom-ported, compact 3.20 in. x 1.25 in. x 2.5 in. (81.3 mm x 31.8 mm x 63.5 mm) package. The bottom ported 3-way design eliminates additional tube bending and the use of additional fittings to minimize potential leak paths. They are 100% tested for quick start-up and high performance operation, and all seats and seals are replaceable to reduce replacement valve costs.
Designed and manufactured in the USA, these patent pending ball valves deliver bi-directional flow with low operating torque, and feature a blow-out proof stem for increased safety. They are well suited for use in applications such as fluid diversion, instrument air lines, high pressure instrument lines, control panels, automated service with actuator and general plant service.
6000 PSI Compact Switching Ball Valves have a 3/16 in. (4.8 mm) port size, standard 1/8 in. or ¼ in. FNPT connections, and quickly panel mount via a 13/16 in. - 7/8 in. (20.6 mm - 22.2 mm) diameter hole. They are rated per MSS SP-99 and marked per MSS SP-25, and can be constructed to satisfy NACE requirements for corrosion resistance. The ball valves body and adapters are constructed of 316 stainless steel, with modified and custom designs, and other materials of construction, available upon request.
