New High Efficiency 130W Switcher Offers Single or Dual Outputs, High Current Operation, Low Cost, 1U Form Factor
SAN MARCOS, CA-April 26, 2005-TAIYO YUDEN (U.S.A.), INC., announces the AAD-130SD-the latest addition to the company's expanding line of ultra-compact (5.0" L x 3.14" W x 1.25" H), high-efficiency, switch-mode power supplies for data communications, telecom, and other 1U-height applications. Operating at better than 0.98 power factor and 90% efficiency, the AAD-130SD offers users a choice of single (high performance) or dual outputs in eight available ranges from 3.3-48V. Current ratings include 3-32A for the single-output (V1) configuration and 1.5-16A for the dual-output model, per table below. Dual-output (V1 and V2) configurations allow users to mix and match any combination of available outputs, as for example, 3.3V @ 16A for output V1 and 15V @ 5A for output V2.
