Sustainable LED Task Light features touch-switch dimming.

June 25, 2010 - MINELA LED Task Light utilizes high-output, multichip LED array that consumes 8 W of power. Single point source illuminates surface uniformly across wide area with precise optical control and without shadows. Featuring self-locking joints and gas pressure spring system, unit can be positioned, adjusted, and locked into position, while touch-switch sensor provides on/off functionality and full-range dimming. Luminaire automatically switches off after 14 hr of uninterrupted operation.

Waldmann Lighting introduces the Minela, offering exceptional lighting quality, adjustability and energy efficiency in a modern, sophisticated design. With touch-switch dimming, automatic shut-off and long adjustable arm length, the Minela is extremely versatile in any office application.

Minela utilizes a high output, multi-chip LED array, which consumes only eight watts of power. This single point source illuminates the surface uniformly across a wide area with precise optical control and without shadows. Self-locking joints and a gas pressure spring system allow the Minela to be easily positioned, adjusted and locked into position.

A touch-switch sensor located on the luminaire head provides on/off functionality as well as full-range dimming. In addition, the Minela automatically switches off after 14 hours of uninterrupted operation.

Available in White or Silver, Minela can be installed using a table base or table clamp.
