Measuring 1.6 x 0.8 x 0.25 mm, Kingbright 0.25 mm Ultra-Thin 0603 SMD LEDs (APG1608 package) offer viewing angle of 120° and operate using current as low as 1 mA. Blue (470 nm), green (525 and 571 nm), yellow (589 nm), orange (605 nm), and red (631 nm) versions are available, each meeting industrial temperature rating of -40 to +85°C. Designed for automatic pick-and-place mounting process, package provides zener diode option to withstand ESD voltage up to 8,000 V.
