February 13, 2002 - Series 731-G has removable fine mesh strainer and fine mesh sleeve that acts as start-up strainer. Pipe support bosses aid in proper alignment. Bosses tapped 1/2 in. NPT on either side provide pressure measurement, and plug provides system drainage. Diffuser is available in sizes from 3 to 16 in., and fitted for use with PN10, PN16, JIS 10K or JIS 20K flanges. Series is rated to 300 psi working pressure.

New Suction Diffuser From Victaulic
Lehigh Valley, Pa., January 25, 2002 - To provide optimum flow conditions at pump inlets, Victaulic has introduced a new suction diffuser in several groove-to-flange configurations.
The Series 731-G suction diffuser is provided with a removable fine mesh strainer and a fine mesh sleeve that acts as a start-up strainer. Pipe support bosses are provided to aid in proper alignment.
For convenience, bosses (tapped 1/2"/12.7 mm NPT) on either side are provided for pressure measurement. A plug also is provided for easy system drainage.
The Series 731-G is available in several sizes, ranging from 3" to 16", and fitted for use with PN10, PN16, JIS 10K or JIS 20K flanges. The series is rated to 300 PSI (2065 kPa) working pressure.
