August 25, 2005 - Available at either 3.5 or 0.9 W, SERIES 58 subminiature 2-way, normally closed valve measures 2 x 1 x 5/8 in. Max operating pressure is 300 psi, burst pressure is 1,500 psi, operating temperature range is -5 to 122°F, and coil voltage is 6–220 Vac 50–60 Hz, -2 to 150 Vdc. Series can be operated directly from programmable controllers, and is suited for interfacing to circuit boards and miniaturized components with pneumatic outputs.

In-Line Barbed Fittings Available on Subminiature Solenoid Valve

New Britain, CT — Peter Paul's SERIES 58 subminiature 2-way, normally closed valve is now offered with in-line barbed fittings to present a smaller package and easier connection. Available at either 3.5 or 0.9 watts, this space and energy-saving valve is ideal for interfacing to circuit boards and miniaturized components with pneumatic outputs. Medical or chemical analytical applications can be operated directly from most programmable controllers.

Size is a nominal 2" x 1" x 5/8". Maximum operating pressure is to 300 PSI. Burst pressure is to 1,500 PSI. Temperature range is -5 °F (-15 °C) to 122 °F (50 °C). Coil voltage is 6 to 220 VAC 50-60 Hz.-2 to 150V DC.
