Kee Industrial Introduces New Set of Kee Klamp® Slip-On Structural Pipe Fittings for Side Palm Fixing of Guardrails and Balustrades to Walls, Ramps, Steps and Parapets

(JUNE 2004) - Kee Industrial Products, Inc. announces the introduction of a new set of Kee Klamp® slip-on structural pipe fittings. Model 68 and Model 115 Kee Klamp fittings both provide for the side palm fixing of guardrails and balustrades to walls, ramps, steps, parapets or other areas where railing is used. Model 68 features triangular wings and is available to fit Size 6, Size 7 and Size 8 standard pipe sizes. The new Model 115 features trapezoidal wings and is also available to fit Size 6, Size 7, and Size 8 standard pipe.

According to Kee Industrial, the Kee Klamp 68 and 115 fittings are malleable, cast-iron slip-on pipe fittings that reduce installation costs significantly compared to welded railings. They feature case hardened set screws for ease of installation and are galvanized to ASTM A153, making them corrosion-resistant and practical for indoor or outdoor use.

Kee Klamp fittings are used to construct industrial, commercial and residential railings as well as racks, material handling tables, displays, mezzanine rails, machine guards, awnings, fences, greenhouses, bleachers and other recreational equipment, frames, and other tubular pipe structures, the company states.
