Easyfit(TM) Introduces New Model EF18G Structural Pipe Fittings to Accommodate Toe Boards for Railings, Mezzanines and Balustrades
(SEPTEMBER 2007) - Easyfit, Inc., North Canton, Ohio announces the introduction of its new EF18G base mount structural pipe fittings. The new fittings features a back plate to reduce the number of components needed to attach toe boards to the bases of railings, mezzanines, balustrades, bleachers, and other tubular pipe structures. The new model 18G-40 is designed to build with 1-1/2" standard pipe is available from stock for immediate shipment. Model 18G-32, for use with 1-1/4" standard pipe, will be available in the spring of 2008, according to Easyfit.
The new EF18G-40 fitting weighs 4.81 lbs. and installs without welding or drilling. It is constructed of steel for durability and treated for corrosion resistance, the company states.
