Model RDD-601 Lockit(TM) Strain Relief Bushing fits round cables up to .700 in. and panel mounting holes up to 1.109 in. w/1.000 in. flats. Unit can be preassembled onto round or flat cables for final panel assembly or at any remote location, and can also be installed into standard Double D panel hole with simple fingertip pressure. Multiple panel locking steps secure unit into range of panel thicknesses, and available matching plugs can be used to fill blank/unused mounting holes.

Heyco Products, Inc., a leading ISO 9001:2000 US based designer and manufacturer of wire protection products and electrical components, has expanded their line of RDD Lockit(TM) Strain Relief Bushings to include the new RDD-601. The addition of the RDD-601 increases the capabilities of the RDD line to include round cables up to .700" (17,8 mm) and panel mounting holes up to 1.109" w/1.000 flats (28,2 mm w/25,4 mm flats).
Engineered to be user-friendly, all RDD Lockits can be preassembled onto round or flat cables off line for final panel assembly at a later time, or, at a remote location for lower installed cost! Available automated application installation equipment speeds assembly, further lowers costs, and reduces repetitive manual assembly motions.
RDD Lockits are also designed to easily install into a standard Double "D" panel hole with simple fingertip pressure - no clumsy hand tools required. Multiple panel locking steps secure the lockit stain relief into a range of panel thicknesses, and available matching plugs can be used to fill blank/unused mounting holes.
