Creative Storage Systems Introduces UniversALL Floâ„¢ Pallet-free Storage System
December 5, 2002 - Creative Storage Systems, Inc. announces the introduction of the revolutionary patent-pending UniversALL Flo slip sheet storage system designed to accommodate slip-sheeted products in a dynamic pallet flow and push-back flow system. This dynamic system offers maximum flexibility with the ability to flow wooden and plastic pallets in the same lane.
The UniversALL Flo storage system combines a speed-controlled wide roller flow bed with a unique exit zone that activates a lowering mechanism allowing the platens or forks easier access under the load on corrugated or plastic slip sheets. Dynamic rollers support the load in the exit position throughout the extraction procedure. Tracks return to position upon extraction, advancing successive loads to the stop position.
The UniversALL Flo storage system provides first-in, first-out (FIFO) storage of like SKUs. The pushback system provides first-in, last-out storage of like SKUs in the same lane.
