Dehnco Equipment Co., Inc, announces a system of efficient, safe, and productive solutions for storing, dispensing and cutting rolls of material.
Dehnco offers a variety of solutions for storing single and/or multiple rolls of material. Stands are offered in six standard widths from 30-80" and include free standing, table mounted, floor mounted or wall mounted options. The patented bi-directional Cutting System provides a durable, efficient and safe cut and the leading edge of material is held in the cutter for easy access. Cutters are available in six sizes, 30-80", with custom sizes available upon request. The Cutting Units are available as manual operated, semi automatic, for wider materials that are difficult to reach across, and as a fully automated dispensing and cutting system (DS Series).
The New DS Series provides a touch screen PLC control module for ease of programming and operation. Programming and adjusting length control, batch quantity and accuracy calibrations are simple and easy. The unit is USB compatible for modifications and upgrades and the new control system can easily retrofit to existing models. The system is available to cut materials up to 80" wide and provides accuracy of +/- 1/8" with cutting speeds up to 30" per second.
Blades are simple to replace and safety interlocks and guards make the system safe and easy to use. "Ease of use and reliability at an affordable price" says AL Dehnert, Owner and CEO of Dehnco.
