Featuring compact counterbore design for flush fitting in tight spaces, compact-style stopper blocks offer configurable heights from 3-20 mm in 1 mm increments. Products are available in 304 low-carbon steel with black oxide or electroless nickel plating as well as 304 stainless steel. Also available, compact stopper brackets come in hex or bolt styles and are are likewise offered in low-carbon steel with black oxide or EN plating as well as 304 stainless steel.

New Compact Stopper Blocks and Brackets from Misumi
Schaumburg, IL-Misumi USA, Inc. announces the introduction of new compact stopper blocks and stopper brackets for machine and assembly builds. These products join the already expansive line of configurable and fixed blocks, brackets, plungers, guides and other locating components from Misumi.
The new compact-style stopper blocks are available in low-carbon steel with black oxide or electroless nickel plating, as well as 304 stainless steel. Configurable heights in 1mm increments from 3-20mm are offered with compact counterbore design for flush fitting in tight spaces.
Compact stopper brackets in hex or bolt styles are likewise offered in low-carbon steel with black oxide or EN plating, as well as 304 S.S. On the bolt style, the fixing nut is bright chromate low-carbon steel or 304 S.S.
Larger stopper blocks, in standard, tapped and side-mounting plate styles are also now available, configurable in 5mm increments from 10-50mm heights, in black-oxide or EN plated steel and urethane materials. Fixed threaded styles are also offered in inch sizes from 1/2" to1-1/2" heights, in low-carbon steel with black-oxide or EN plating, as well as 304 S.S. One-day manufacturing time and prices as low as $8.60 per unit are offered on these inch styles.
