Offering print areas of 16 x 18 in. and 20 x 22 in. respectively, vertical lift Models 4500R and 5500R feature registration repeatability of ±0.0003 in., providing precise solder deposition for fine-pitch, sub-miniature devices. Self-locking X, Y, and Theta adjustments facilitate setup. Model 5500R is powered by air cylinder and includes dual-squeegee shuttle with metal blades.

Manncorp's Vertical Lift Stencil Printers Deliver High Throughput and Value
Two similar high-precision vertical lift stencil printers, each with double-sided board-processing capability, are now available from Manncorp. The 4500R and the 5500R share many specifications and operational characteristics, However, the larger 5500R is air cylinder powered and offers a dual-squeegee shuttle with metal blades for faster processing and better ergonomics. Its 20" x 22" print area will accommodate larger boards and pallets. The 4500R print area is 16" x 18".
To meet the challenge of ultra-precise solder deposition required for today's fine-pitch sub-miniature devices, both systems offer a registration repeatability of ±0.0003". Quick setup is made possible by self-locking precision X, Y and Theta adjustments, a sought-after feature among low to mid-volume assemblers seeking high flexibility without the necessity of investing in automatic printers.
