Machined from AISI 1018 steel, Weldable Shaft Collars are available in 1- and 2-piece styles to let users custom fabricate all types of drive, motion control, and structural components. Units are supplied standard in sizes from ¼-6 in. ID with specials up to 16 in. ID offered. Collars are suitable for creating parts such as gears, pinions, king pins, and levers.

Weldable Shaft Collars Machined From AISI 1018 Steel
A new line of AISI 1018 steel shaft collars that can be easily welded to let users custom build various mechanical and structural components is being introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.
Stafford Weldable Shaft Collars are available in one- and two-piece styles to let users custom fabricate all types of drive-, motion control-, and structural components. Machined from AISI 1018 steel, they are especially suitable for creating parts such as gears, pinions, king pins, and levers.
AISI 1018 is easily welded by all the welding processes, and the resulting weld and joints are high quality. Stafford Weldable Shaft Collars are supplied standard in sizes from 1/4" to 6" I.D., with specials up to 16" I.D. offered.
