May 1, 2002 - Steel broaches, guide bushings, and necessary shims for cutting 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, and 3/8 in. keyways are available in 36 keyway combinations. In addition to its 4 broaches, Minute Man 10-10A Combination Set includes 18 bushings with diameters increasing in 1/16 in. increments from 1/2 to 1-9/16 in. Push-type broaches can be used with hydraulic presses, and require no special skill or set-up time.

Keyway Broach Set Cuts 36 Keyway Combinations
Greenfield, MA. The duMont Corporation is now offering a complete set of high speed steel broaches, guide bushings and necessary shims for cutting 1/8", 3/16", 1/4" and 3/8" keyways in 36 keyway combinations. In addition to its 4 broaches, the No. 10-10A Combination Set includes 18 bushings with diameters increasing in 1/16" increments from 1/2" to 1 9/16". The Minute Man No. 10-10A Set will handle an unusually wide range of keyway cutting in machine maintenance or parts production work.
The complete broach set is furnished in a varnished hardwood box and is available off-the-shelf through local industrial distributors. The broaches supplied are high speed steel, push-type broaches and can be used with any hydraulic press with adequate throat depth. Requires no special skill or set-up time.
Other keyway broach sets, also available from stock, contain smaller or larger broaches and bushings and extend the range of keyway sizes that can be cut from 1/16" to 3/4" keyways in bores from 1/4" to 3" bore diameter. Individual keyway broaches and bushings are also available, as are broaches for cutting square holes.
