Waukegan, IL - PI Bearing Technologies introduces a new lead-free steel-backed polymer bearing.
FR bearings have become the gold standard bearing for major manufactures of gear pumps and motors, cylinders, solenoids and a wide variety of applications and assemblies requiring friction free movement in linkages, pivots, rotating and oscillating assemblies.
The FR-164 bearing is a lead-free steel-backed polymer bearing material (RoHS compliant) that not only assures that our customers are compliant with industry directives but advances bearing performance to higher levels. FR-164 is ideally designed for use in extreme oil pressure and demanding high speed conditions. It's superlative anti-wear properties, ultra low friction, and ability to resist cavitation makes it ideal for those demanding applications found in automotive, fluid power, material handling, agricultural, construction and other industries.
