Daimer Industries Announces Its Most Powerful Steam Cleaners
New KleenJet® Ultra 10000-class machines target industrial customers and generate the most vapor steam in Daimer's line.
WOBURN, MA - June 24, 2009 - Daimer Industries, a leading manufacturer and distributor of commercial cleaning products, introduced its most powerful steam cleaners: the Ultra 10150C and the Ultra 10170CV. Both machines are aimed at industrial customers; the CV differentiates itself by offering higher wattage and a wet/dry vacuum.
"These new steam cleaners produce at least 10 times the steam of 1,600 watt machines, as well as the highest temperatures and pressure levels," said Matthew Baratta, Daimer spokesman. "The 10150C and 10170CV are designed for the most demanding commercial applications."
Steam Cleaners and Features
The new Ultra 10000 steam cleaners feature pressure levels of up to 150 psi, steam temperatures of up to 360º F, a capacious 14-liter boiler and a 20-liter detergent chamber. Both machines offer continuous refill via either a 20-liter water chamber or a direct feed, which accepts water from a hose line for long periods of continuous use.
Both steam cleaners include a replaceable heating element technology that lets customers have a low-cost heating rod replaced instead of a pricey boiler.
In terms power, the 10150C is a 15,000-watt vapor steam cleaner, while 10170CV is a 17,000-watt machine. The higher the wattage, the more steam -- in terms of density and quantity -- a machine can produce per hour. Also, machines over 15,000 watts can maintain constant steam pressure, something less powerful machines struggle with.
Another difference: The KleenJet® Ultra 10170CV floor steam cleaner adds a wet/dry vacuum with 3200mm of column lift, water filtration and a huge 35-liter extraction chamber.
