They eliminate static charges even when installed 2–10 in. from webs and up to 20 in. on winders. Units can neutralize charged material traveling up to 2,500 fpm. Control module monitors and controls output at static bar, and displays conditions that may prevent peak performance. PerforMAX®IIci offers optional real-time remote computer monitoring and data acquisition.

Hatfield, PA --- Simco Industrial Static Control introduces the NEW second generation PerforMAX. The PerforMAX II and PerforMAX IIci (patent pending) are the first and only static neutralizing systems that automatically senses the ion output needed to
neutralize a charged surface and adjusts this output to achieve the most effective static neutralizing performance of any system available.
The PerforMAX static bar systems operate at an extended range and are designed to eliminate static charges even when installed 2" to 10" from webs (depending on conditions), and up to 20" on winders. The system can neutralize charged material traveling up to 2500 feet per minute, and sometimes faster depending on conditions.
The systems include a control module and static bar. The control module monitors and controls output at the static bar, indicates when the static bar needs cleaning and displays other conditions that may prevent peak performance. An optional remote display
module is available to provide feedback up to 15' away from the control module for easy operator viewing. The PerforMAX IIci offers an optional real time remote computer monitoring and data acquisition.
The PerforMAX static bar is current-limited, which prevents hazardous electrical shock if the emitter pins are touched while the bar is in operation. The bar's rugged construction allows it to operate effectively in difficult industrial environments. The static bar is fitted with detachable, high voltage, electrically shielded cables enclosed in a flexible impact-resistant nylon conduit as an additional mechanical protection.
