Along with pushbutton auto stimulus calibration procedure, Animal Acoustic Startle Response System features built-in microphones within acoustic chambers for SPL measurement. This eliminates use of external SPL meter and removes ambient noise interference. Stimulus is delivered to each chamber via 4 independent tone and white noise signal outputs, eliminating impact of speaker variation between chambers. Controller can run up to 4 different protocols simultaneously.
