Integrated control unit operates without computer interface, and backlit display offers preview screen for assessing text/graphics before printing. Available with pneumatic or electromagnetic styli, machine has 100 x 120 mm marking area and promotes connectivity and data input via support for barcode scanners and other devices through USB, RS232, and Ethernet ports.

Charlotte, NC December 11, 2008...The new Tecnifor XF500 stand-alone marking machine is easy to use for marking all types of materials and shapes up to a hardness of a 62 HRC, and features an integrated control unit that operates without computer interface. Designed to be hand loaded, the XF 500 requires no installation or on-site training and is virtually an unpack and plug-in marking unit. The large display offers a new and unique backlit preview screen that allows the operator to easily view the text or graphic before printing for enhanced productivity. The XF 500 is a cost-effective shop solution yet boasts superior connectivity and data input via barcode scanners or other devices through the USB, RS232 or Ethernet ports
The XF 500 is available with pneumatic or electromagnetic styli and offers a large marking area of 100 x 120mm. Expandable and modular, the XF 500 can be equipped with a rotary device for marking around cylindrical parts or a tag feeder to automatically mark and feed tags as needed.
