Stair Risers from the Kerfkore Company Now Available in Paint Grade Version at Half the Price of Standard Veneer Ones
The Kerfkore Company, a manufacturer of patented bendable substrates and panel products, has expanded its stair riser offerings to include a new paint grade version at half the price of the standard veneer ones. Both the standard and paint grade stair risers are made from the Kerfkore product line.
The stair risers are available in an 8" wide (step height) that can be ripped down to match the desired step rise height. They add a touch of elegance at an affordable price and can be purchased single or double nosed in paint grade or the regular veneers, which include red oak, pine and maple veneer. A multitude of substrates can be used as the core product such as plywood, particleboard and MDF. The most popular core used is particleboard. Additional veneers and special sizes can also be created and require custom pricing by the manufacturing plant.
Standard sizes include single end 59" X 8" and 120" X 8"; double end 96" X 8" and 104" X 8"; and special single end 96" X 8". The fabricator can add dado cuts to position the shaping ribs and obtain the exact radius or shape required. All stair risers are easy to transport. Veneers can be different on different risers.
Multiple sizes are available up to 120" in length.
