October 14, 2010 - Model 7375 regulator operates at 75 gpm at 1,000 psi, while 7376 runs up to 75 gpm at 2,000 psi. Both pressure regulators feature flow-thru design permitting compact in-line plumbing, and conical piston and seat design that compensates for pressure spikes. Suited for high-flow, continuous-duty applications such as desalination-reverse osmosis, oil and liquid transfer systems, and heavy equipment cleaning, 316 stainless steel regulators complement 60 Frame triplex plunger pumps.

New Stainless Steel 75 GPM Pressure Regulators

The new 316 stainless steel 7375 and 7376 regulators support the wide variety of continuous-duty applications in the 40-75 gpm.

The new 7375 and 7376 pressure regulators are a flow-thru design permitting compact in-line plumbing. They also feature the conical piston and seat design used in Cat Pumps' popular 10-35 gpm regulators. The conical design permits lowering the by-pass requirement from 10% to 5% allowing you to use 95% of your system output.

These pressure regulators provide more consistent pressure control with changes in by-pass. The conical design provides considerably longer piston and seat life, overall smoother operation and additional compensation for pressure spikes.

The new 7375 regulator [75 gpm @ 1000 psi ] and 7376 regulator [75 gpm @ 2000 psi] both replace the old 7095-7096-7097 regulators providing both expanded flow and extended life.

These regulators are the perfect complement to our 60 Frame triplex plunger pumps that deliver up to 75 gpm, 1200 psi including models: 6775 Brass, 6771 316 Stainless Steel and 6777 NAB.

These high performance valves and pumps are designed for a wide range of liquids including: fresh water, clean oils, oilfield wastewater, chemicals and sea water.

Typical High Flow Applications for these pressure regulating valves include:

Desalination-reverse osmosis

Off shore wash down systems

Central cleaning systems

Oil and Liquid transfer systems

Multiple nozzle cleaning systems

Containerized SWRO systems

Truck and trailer mounted systems

Heavy equipment cleaning

Mass transit cleaning
