November 8, 2010 - Featuring continuous-duty triplex design, Models 3501 and 3511 meet requirements of industrial applications where corrosive and aggressive liquids need to be pumped. Model 3501 offers flows to 9 gpm with pressure to 5,000 psi, while Model 3511 features flows to 14 gpm and pressure to 3,000 psi. With 316 SS liquid-end construction, pumps are suited for hydrostatic pressure testing of vessels and pipes, oil recovery, saltwater desalination, and high-pressure chemical dosing.

New Stainless Steel Plunger Pumps


Compact footprint with high pressure performance

We are pleased to announce the availability of the 316 Stainless Steel models 3501 and 3511 providing expanded corrosion resistance to our acclaimed high pressure 3507 and 3517 triplex positive displacement plunger pumps.

These new stainless steel plunger pumps meet the requirements of specialized industrial applications where corrosive and aggressive liquids need to be pumped. These triplex high pressure pumps are ideally suited to applications such as hydrostatic pressure testing of vessels and pipes, flushing through small instrument lines, enhanced oil recovery, saltwater desalination and high pressure chemical dosing and injecting providing both high efficiency and long life.
These stainless steel plunger pumps also have a flushed option with models 3501C and 3511C, providing cooling with hi-temp liquids and added lubrication with low lubricity liquids such as DI water or CO2 .

o 316SS liquid-end construction with optional NBR, FPM, EPDM and PTFE elastomers meets the demands of a wide range of aggressive liquids

o 3501 or 3511 available as part of a custom pumping system including safety valves provides a system designed for the application with short lead times
