Model DS25 Flow Meter works on variable area principal, utilizing float guided in cylindrical measuring tube by means of slotted nozzle. Externally mounted pointer indicator magnetically coupled to float indicates flow rate against calibrated or arbitrary scale. Indicator assembly also houses optional alarm outputs, analog output, and totalizer. Available pipe sizes range from ½-6 in., with FS ranges from 0.01-440 gpm water and 0.44-1,100 scfm air.

Model DS25 Stainless Flow Meter, Alarm, Transmitter and Totalizer is Suitable for Aggressive Media
Hudson, MA 12/9/2008- PKP Process Instruments, A manufacturer and distributor of a wide range of process instrumentation is pleased to introduce model DS25 Flow Meter.
Due to 316 stainless steel construction, model DS25 is suitable for measuring and monitoring the flow of many liquids or gases. They are suitable for aggressive media and for use in food and drink applications. They can be provided with Tri-Clamp or other hygienic connections.
The DS25 works on the variable area principal and utilizes a float that is guided in a cylindrical measuring tube by means of a slotted nozzle. The flowing medium moves the float in the flow direction. An externally mounted pointer indicator magnetically coupled to the float indicates flow rate against a calibrated or arbitrary scale. The indicator assembly also houses optional alarm outputs, analog output and totalizer.
The DS25 supplied with 316 stainless steel wetted parts that can be optionally PTFE coated for aggressive media applications. Available pipe sizes are ½, ¾, 1, 1-1/4, 1 1/2, 2, 3, 4 and 6 inch with full scale ranges from 0.01 GPM water to 440 GPM water and 0.44 SCFM air to 1100 SCFM air. Pressure rating is typically 580 or 1450 PSIG with higher-pressure ratings available. Options include analog and alarm outputs, explosion proof model, oxygen cleaning, steam jacketing for temperature control and temperature isolation of electronics for high temperature applications.
