New Thomas & Betts Product Drains Moisture for Unthreaded Connections

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The new T&B® Rigid Fittings Stainless Steel Drain Adapter from Thomas & Betts facilitates drainage of moisture from electrical systems in ordinary locations where threaded connectors are not possible.

T&B Rigid Fittings Stainless Steel Drain Adapters provide drainage of accumulated moisture in stainless steel enclosures with non-threaded connections, without the need for unsafe and cumbersome welding or improvised breather lines for caulking.

“The stainless steel drain adapter enables drainage of moisture from stainless steel enclosures in locations that are difficult to reach,” Ralph Donati, product marketing director at T&B, said. “They serve as drainage points at any location in the electrical system where threaded connections are not possible.”
