July 8, 2010 - Intended for low-flow spraying applications where there may be contaminated or dirty liquids, MaxiPass(TM) L axial, full cone nozzle incorporates S-shaped vanes made of 316 stainless steel. Internal flow passage lets large particles pass through without creating blockage and delivers full cone spray pattern in narrow, medium, or wide angles. Available in 1/8 and ¼ in. pipe connection sizes, nozzle offers uniform spray distribution across flow rates from 0.44-7.94 Lpm.

Innovative Spray Nozzle Copes with Dirty or Lumpy Liquids


A new spray nozzle which is designed with the largest internal flow passage available of its type to ensure ultimate clog-resistant capability in an axial, full cone nozzle, is the latest addition to the BETE range of products. The MaxiPass(TM) L is ideal for low flow spraying applications where there may be contaminated or dirty liquids which can cause clogging problems with other types of nozzles. This means the problems of downtime and unplanned maintenance are minimised.

The nozzle incorporates the same critical internal S-shaped vanes which are used in the proven MaxiPass large flow nozzle. This design feature enables large particles to pass through the nozzle without creating a blockage, yet in a more compact size and for flows as low as 0.44 lit/min.

Available in 1/8" and ¼" pipe connection sizes the MaxiPass L delivers a full cone spray pattern in either narrow, medium or wide spray angles. The innovative S-shaped internal vanes allow a free passage of particles to ensure optimum reliability, even under the most challenging conditions where dirty or contaminated liquids are present.

Other features include high energy efficiency and uniform spray distribution across a range of flow rates from 0.44 up to 7.94 lit/min. The nozzle body is available in brass, 303 and 316 stainless steel while the vanes are made of 316 for optimum wear and corrosion resistance.
