Lechler Announces A Product Release Lechler Spray Controller
The Lechler Portable Spray Platform is a fully self-contained spray package designed to enhance the performance of Lechler's precision spray application nozzles. The platform is part of Lechler's new "Plug & Spray" technology, an approach that emphasizes quick and simple modular system-building capability. At the center of this platform is the Lechler Spray Controller (LSC). The LSC has a number of functions and timing modes that can be selected by the operator to customize and maximize spray performance. The benefits of this new product include:
o Simplified operation controls
o Cost-effectiveness
o Expandability
Among the LSC's functions is to control the performance of spray headers, such as for coating applications on food or pharmaceutical lines. Because it is an all-inclusive product, the LSC can also be used by research and development centers. The newly redesigned Lechler AirMist(TM) and ViscoMist(TM) air atomizing nozzles can perform to their utmost precision when connected to the LSC. The modular nature of the platform allows components to be added as required to further customize spray performance.
