T&B Split Couplings Make Easy Work of Conduit Retrofits in Tight Spaces

MEMPHIS, Tennessee, September 28, 2004 - Thomas & Betts new T&B Split Couplings are the ideal product to use when connecting two pieces of conduit in tight spots where channel locks are difficult to use on a traditional three-piece coupling. Whether your conduit runs are installed side-by-side, tight against a wall, ceiling or other obstruction, installations are fast and only require an adjustable wrench. The split design construction, with its protruding compression mechanism, allows two pieces of conduit to be connected quickly, even in a tight spot. MRO and commercial contractors can use these couplings to simplify rigid conduit retrofits in confined spaces where traditional coupling use is problematic. T&B Split Couplings solve problems for contractors, making their job easier and more productive. T&B Split Couplings are UL514B listed.
