Shipped in one piece to accelerate and facilitate installation, Ryson High Capacity Spirals require one drive motor and come in models with 16 or 24 in. wide slats. Load capacity is 75 lb per linear foot of conveyor, and total weight capacity in spiral at any one time is 3,200 lb. Able to achieve speeds to 200 fpm, these chain slat conveyors incorporate low-friction design for low noise, smooth operation, and extended life. Modular design allows in-field customization.

Ryson Introduces New High Capacity Spiral Conveyors
The new Ryson High Capacity Spirals are in response to our customers need to go higher and handle more weight. The new spirals handle double the capacity of our regular spirals and ship in one piece which drastically reduce the time and cost of installation.
The load capacity is 75 lbs. per linear foot of conveyor for speeds up to 200 FPM. The total weight capacity in the spiral at any one time is 3200 lbs. Only one drive motor is required, resulting in substantial savings in energy, controls and system integration. Models with 16" and 24" wide slats are currently available. Ryson Spiral Conveyors need less floor space than conventional conveyors and are faster and more reliable than any elevator or lift.
All Ryson Spirals are of the chain slat type and incorporate a unique proprietary low friction design which facilitates high speed, low noise, smooth operation and long life. An innovative modular design allows Ryson to customize with ease and modify in the field to accommodate emerging needs.
Ryson Spiral Conveyors support sustainability. They consume less energy and need less floor space than conventional methods. Ryson Spirals require little maintenance. All bearings are sealed for life and do not need further lubrication. Our Mass Flow Spirals do not require water lubricants for proper flow.
