Rated at 4 hp peak and 2.6 hp continuous duty, Model HFK 95 S40 is designed for plug-and-go setup in vertical and horizontal machining centers capable of manual or automatic spindle change. Suited for precision milling, engraving, and fine drilling, it weighs 8.6 lb for toolchanger usage and is adaptable to 40 or 50 ISO or CAT taper machine. Air cooled with no chiller required, unit is equipped with portable drive system and quick release connector for air seal hose.

IBAG North American announces the new air cooled HFK 95 S40 high speed spindle rated at 4 HP peak power, 2.6 HP continuous duty, providing speeds up to 42,000 rpm, infinitely variable, and designed for fast and easy "Plug and Go" setup in most vertical or horizontal machining centers with the capability of utilizing a manual or automatic spindle change. The HFK 95 weighs only 8.6 lbs. for toolchanger usage, and is adaptable to any existing 40 or 50 ISO or CAT taper machine.
Air cooled with no chiller required, the spindle is equipped with a portable drive system as well as quick release connector for the air seal hose making it ideal for use in more than one machine in a shop for greater productivity. The HFK 95 delivers superior performance for precision milling, engraving, fine drilling, mold and die finishing and other critical high speed cutting operations in metal, composites, plastics and graphite.
