A new, NIST traceable, research-grade spectroradiometer that features a rugged case, USB interface, and extremely versatile software, is being introduced by International Light, Inc. of Newburyport, Massachusetts.
The IL RPS 900 Spectroradiometer measures from 200 to 1100 nm @1 nm resolution and features a 2048 element CCD with proprietary filtering to achieve high speed and sensitivity over the entire range. Providing user-controlled integration time to 25 ms, 16-bit conversion accuracy, and >10-5 W/cm2/nm sensitivity, it features a USB interface and software with several export options, real-time graphing, and peak finding with sub-pixel accuracy.
Suitable for use with any process that requires understanding illumination, the IL RPS 900 Spectroradiometer can perform programmable time scheduled measurements, time averaging and FFT smoothing, full-color analysis, and has text, Excel®, grams/32, and SPC export options. Applications include the characterization and diagnosis of UV curing, photostability testing, accelerated weathering, and LED illumination and color analysis.
