RMP-210 Fiber Probe Portable System features fiber optic probe, compact diode laser, high-throughput spectrograph, and built-in CCD camera for sample positioning and capture of digital sample images. RMP-100 microprobe with X-Y-Z stage incorporates Rayleigh scattering rejection filter and CCD-TV camera, and system also includes 100 mm focal length holographic grating spectrometer. It features green 532 nm laser but can also be configured with 785 nm laser.

Introducing JASCO'S RMP-210 Fiber Probe Portable System
JASCO is proud to announce the release of a portable Raman spectrometer system with an integrated fiber optic probe, compact diode laser, a high-throughput spectrograph and CCD detector. No special utilities such as coolants are required allowing the system to be used anywhere. The flexibility of optical fiber coupling enables remote measurements by locating the probe right at the sample. The RMP-100 fiber optic probe features a built-in CCD camera for sample positioning and capturing of digital sample images. All operations are performed by the dedicated software package based on JASCO Spectra Manager.
The RMP-210 system integrates a 100 mm focal length holographic grating spectrometer, laser and the RMP-100 microprobe with a small X-Y-Z stage. Alternatively, the probe can be used as a hand-held probe or fitted into a variety of holders, such as a camera tripod. The standard green (532 nm) laser will provide analysis for the majority of Raman samples. Alternatively, the system can be configured with a 785 nm laser for deep red excitation for strongly fluorescing samples. The RMP-100 microprobe incorporates the Rayleigh scattering rejection filter, a CCD-TV camera for sample positioning/monitoring and white light illumination.
The Portable RMP-210 system is controlled using Spectra Manager II(TM), JASCO's powerful Windows based cross-platform spectroscopy software package. The system is powerful enough for both laboratory work and on-site measurements in the fields of process control, QC, forensics, art conservation and mineralogy.
