NexGen Enviro Systems Announces Money Saving Solvent Recycling Solutions

Introducing the RESOLV-R2® Model 122 and 202 DIGIT Solvent Recyclers

(October 20, 2005) Lindenhurst, N.Y. - NexGen Enviro Systems, Inc. today announced the latest in its line of high capacity solvent reclaiming systems, the RESOLV-R 2® Model 122 and 202 DIGIT. Designed for use within a wide variety of manufacturing environments, these systems represent a more cost-effective alternative to "drum and haul" services and other solvent handling practices.

Both models enable manufacturers to recover as much as 99.90% of their reusable solvent. This cuts waste management costs, reduces virgin solvent purchasing and ensures compliance with EPA standards for solvent handling and disposal. The 122 and 202 DIGIT recyclers process 37 and 53 gallons of solvent, respectively; within four to six hours with walk away automation and minimal maintenance. An on-board 8-bit digital controller handles system diagnostics and maintenance alerts.

Standard systems feature recycling tanks constructed in 304 stainless steel to ensure longevity against harsh solvents. They comply with Class I Division I Group D Explosion Proof code requirements. Residue can be removed through a manual overturn system or an external valve. A built-in forced air fan handles condenser vapor cooling.

Vacuum add-on units are available in either pneumatic or electronic versions to handle solvents with high boiling points. Both versions are easily installed on-site to an existing distiller. Factory installed versions are also available if ordered as a vacuum assisted distiller.
