Available in solid 316 SS or 316 SS with ruby orifice, Needle Jet Nozzles are suited for cleaning on paper machines in paper mills with use of oscillator, as well as any cleaning application requiring high pressure needled jet sprays, such as felts or wires. Second only to diamond in wear resistance, ruby will outlast stainless steel, glass, and ceramic as orifice material. Alternate version of nozzle has clog preventer, which is designed for showers without self-cleaning features.

Needle Jet Nozzles for High Pressure Showers
Lechler, Inc. offers a solid stream (or needle jet) nozzle for use on high pressure showers (such as Lechler's STAMM showers). These nozzles are best for cleaning on paper machines in paper mills with the use of an oscillator but can also be used for any cleaning application requiring high pressure needle jet sprays, such as on felts or wires. The nozzle has a very low profile, making it a good choice when space is particularly tight. The needle jet comes standard in either solid 316 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel with a ruby orifice.
The ruby orifice provides amazing spray precision, performance consistency, and long operational life against the high pressures of fluids it was designed to spray. Second only to a diamond in wear resistance, ruby will outlast stainless steel, glass, and ceramic as an orifice material. An alternate version of the nozzle has a clog preventer which is designed for installation on showers without self-cleaning features. When this nozzle is spraying down, the extension draws fresh water from the shower above the sediment level.
