IDEAL Introduces World's First Solenoid Tester with CAT III-600V Safety Rating
SYCAMORE, IL, May 20, 2003 - IDEAL INDUSTRIES, Inc., the fastest growing company in the test and measurement market, today introduced its new Vol-Test XL, the first and only solenoid voltage tester with a UL-CAT III-600V safety rating.
Built for professional electricians and maintenance personnel, the tester enables the user to immediately detect the presence or absence of voltage before they begin working on a circuit. The Vol-Test's indicating arm provides visual indication of the voltage level while the tester's large, easy-to-read voltage indicator scale offers redundancy plus enables the electrician to determine if the voltage is AC or DC.
