Monrovia, CA - September, 2007 - Pneumatic force adjustment is now available on the Desktop Series Hot-Bar Reflow Soldering Systems with the SH500 Bonding Head. The new pneumatic force control replaces older, time consuming spring technology and covers the full range of the SH500, up to 500N. Force is set by a manual knob and set range is displayed on a digital screen on the head.
Typical joining applications for this process include flex to PCB, wires to PCB, ribbon cables, and SMT components.
