New Release Offers Increased Capacity, Design Customization and Tighter Integration for High-Speed and High-Frequency Applications
PITTSBURGH - May 3, 2004 - Ansoft Corporation (NASDAQ: ANST) announces the immediate availability of HFSS(TM) v9.2. Designers use HFSS for a broad class of high-speed and high-frequency applications, including integrated circuit (IC) devices and microwave/radio frequency (RF) components.
This new release doubles the size of addressable 3D designs through access to additional memory on Microsoft Windows(R)-based PCs, enhances the ability to automatically generate and manage electromagnetic (EM)-based design libraries through native HFSS User Defined Primitives (UPDs), and provides seamless 3D electromagnetic, circuit and system co-simulation with Ansoft Designer(TM)/Nexxim(TM).
