October 10, 2008: Stimulsoft today announces the release of a new version of Stimulsoft Reports.Net report writer a bronze medal winner of the "2008 Editor's Best Awards" in the Business Intelligence and Reporting category by SQL Server Magazine.
What are remarkable changes in a new version? In Stimulsoft Reports.Net version 2008.2 the report engine is completely reprocessed. This improvement optimized work of the product in report creation, increased the speed of report rendering, allowed adding new properties. All this extends report writer capability.
The product interface is completely redesigned. Ribbon UI is now available in Stimulsoft Reports.Net. The new interface helps users to use product more effectively and more productive.
To already available several tens of bar-codes, the following ones such as ISBN-10, ISBN-13, Pharmacode, FIM, Jan-8, Jan-13 etc were added. Among other features new properties, aggregate functions and many other useful improvements were included in the version 2008.2. Also some changes in Excel 2007, Excel XML, RTF, HTML exports were done.
