CHICAGO - June 24th, 2002 - Click Commerce, Inc. (NASDAQ: CKCM), the most widely deployed provider of partner portal software, today announced the launch of Click Commerce Partner Portal 5.0. This enhanced product offering delivers the broadest set of features available in the industry and enables enterprises of all sizes to maximize the value of their customer- and partner-facing portal initiatives.

Click Commerce Partner Portal 5.0 packages everything an enterprise needs to conduct online commerce, channel management, and web-based self-service for partners and customers. The product is a comprehensive, out-of-the-box software package based on the proven success of Click Commerce's partner relationship management applications. It reduces the initial deployment and ongoing support costs in ways that other vendors can't readily match. Using Partner Portal 5.0, enterprises can be up and running in 60 days servicing their partners and customers.

Partner Portal 5.0, as a standalone product, includes three primary modules: 1) a multi-tiered relationship management architecture, 2) a robust partner portal framework, and 3) a complete commerce application suite. The product is developed using leading edge, industry standard technologies such as Microsoft .NET, which simplifies the creation of web services to deliver a flexible architecture for integrating the portal with ERP and business applications as well as other web-based systems. When combined with the Click Commerce Developer Studio and Developer Network, a client is provided the robust set of tools needed to enable their developers to quickly and easily create their own applications. Providing clients the ability to extend, implement, and maintain Click Commerce applications delivers a low total cost of ownership for the Click Commerce software suite.
