ISS Releases DATAView a Shop Floor Part Program Viewer and Editor
ISS announces the release of DATAView a full featured shop floor NC data viewing and editing utility. With DATAView, the tool path view can be zoomed, rotated, panned, as well as being able to pick motion lines, set origin and region views. All motion as well as canned cycles, m codes, g codes, spindle speeds, tool codes and feedrates can be viewed. With DATAView, the part surface may be printed in the selected view color or in black and white. It can also be used to make operator cut sheets.
DATAView also incorporates a tool path editor which allows alterations to the part program file; the changes are graphically updated which helps to ensure that the proper changes where made. The editor has cut, copy and paste features, as well as find and replace and block re-number with user defined roll over. Other editing features include axis scaling, mirroring and offset. A full featured demonstration disk is available.
