They support the entire portfolio of Galazar's ASSPs and function in a single processor solution or a multi-blade system, and easily integrate with management systems to dramatically reduce new product development effort and risk.
ServiceManager is a robust framework to easily configure and monitor services for systems based on a Galazar device. It provides the necessary infrastructure for rapid software application development.
The Performance Monitoring

t_mgmt.html#PerformanceMonitoring) module supports statistics collection, threshold provisioning and alert generation for PDH (DS1/E1, DS3/E3), SONET/SDH and Ethernet signals. The Performance Monitoring module can include other applicable devices in the solution.
The Protection Switching

t_mgmt.html#ProtectionSwitching) module supports Sonet/SDH Line and Path switching. Protection configurations include UPSR/SNCP, BLSR/MS-SPring and Linear schemes. Automatic Protection Switching integrates to any Fault Management systems that support switching on signal fault, signal degrade and far end signaling conditions. This module supports all protection priorities including Lockout, APS/MSP, and Manual switching commands.
The Fault Management

t_mgmt.html#FaultManagement) module monitors all incoming signals and integrates with existing systems to provide comprehensive system coverage.
Correlation of all signal faults and conditioning signals prevents generation of extraneous alarms and easily integrates to a management system. This module can extend to other applicable devices in the solution.
