Window Book Announces Postage Statement Form Filler(TM) Easy and Cost-effective Solution for Generating Postage Statements
May 7, 2007, Cambridge, MA - Window Book, Inc., has announced the launch of 'Postage Statement Form Filler', an easy and cost-effective mailing solution for quickly producing printed USPS Postage Statements.
Due to the Postage Rate changes, the US Postal Service will not be maintaining its Postage Statement Wizard after May 14th, 2007. Window Book's Postage Statement Form Filler allows users to easily create the Postage Statements they were creating with the Postage Statement Wizard. The new Postage Statement Form Filler will generate the following statements for processing your mailings: 3602-R, 3602-N, 3541, and 8125s. In addition, it enables you to edit your statements, and maintain a database by job, permit and client.
This product provides a perfect solution for those who have been using USPS Postage Statement Wizard Online Forms. With the implementation of R2006-1rate case, you will no longer be able to fill out postage statements via Postage Statement Wizard Forms after May 14, 2007. Mailers will have to use either PostalOne!®, or will have to manually fill out the forms. Filling in these forms by hand can be tedious, time consuming, and lends itself to human error.
