Merced Systems Announces the Release of Merced Performance Suite Global Edition


MERCED PERFORMANCE SUITE(TM) Leads the Market in Offering Multi-Lingual Capabilities

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. and LONDON, Sept. 25 /- Merced Systems, the leading provider of customer operations performance management applications, today announced the release of Merced Performance Suite Global Edition, enabling customers to deploy and run Merced Performance Suite in multiple languages with a single implementation. This provides contact centers with powerful capabilities for multi-national operations, including the ability to create and manage one set of reports, dashboards, workflows, and metrics and then distribute them in multiple languages, eliminating the need to duplicate content numerous times for different languages.

With the release of Merced Performance Suite Global Edition, Merced Systems has extended its capabilities to serve different geographies within the same organization. By enabling multiple languages within a single implementation, an organization can increase its efficiency in managing performance and improve its cross-geography coordination and management. In addition, Merced Performance Suite Global Edition reduces the need to create duplicate content for each language while also reducing maintenance and hardware costs associated with multiple geographic installations.

Merced Performance Suite Global Edition includes:
-- Multi-language support: Automatically localizes reports, dashboards, metrics and workflows for each individual market and user.
-- Language packs: Pre-configured display labels for specific (e.g. UI navigation elements, log out buttons, help buttons, etc.)
-- Integrated authoring tools: Allowing customers to create and manage all localization through a centralized administration
-- Language toggle: Users can dynamically toggle between multiple languages
