eBRIDGE Software Announces release of QuickBooks EDI Integration Solution for its SaaS platform
Utilizing eBridge OnDemand for integration via SaaS
BURLINGTON, Ontario, Oct. 5 -- As part of its continuing effort to provide the SMB market with integration functionality using SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), eBRIDGE Software is pleased to announce the release of its QuickBooks -- EDI Integration Solution for use on the eBridge OnDemand platform.
eBridge OnDemand is a SaaS solution powered by Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2 that provides automated data exchange and integration with back-office financial and enterprise systems. With eBridge OnDemand managing the B2B (Business to business) document exchange process between trading partners and QuickBooks, users are able to remotely track and view inbound and outbound documents along with compliancy and reconciliation status.

Supporting most QuickBooks 2007 versions, the eBridge EDI Integration solution automatically moves business data from inbound EDI documents, such as purchases orders, to the back-office QuickBooks software. In turn, this accurate information is then used to automatically create outbound EDI documents, such as ASN's and invoices.
Manual data entry is eliminated to prevent errors, save time, free up valuable resources, and improve accounts receivable cash flow. Costly chargebacks are eliminated and trading partner relationships are improved.
