Linking OnPoint Messaging to Microsoft SharePoint Mobilizes Marketing Content
PORTLAND, Ore., June 19 / -- Prolifiq Software Inc. today announced the availability of the OnPoint Connector for Microsoft SharePoint(R). The solution combines OnPoint's digital messaging capabilities with SharePoint's content management strengths to create a distribution platform for sales and marketing materials. Corporate marketing departments can now balance the need for management and control of digital assets with the need to quickly enable content for delivery to customers and prospects.
The OnPoint Connector is an extension of Prolifiq's suite of OnPoint Messaging software applications that makes content stored in digital libraries available to individual senders for use in one-to-one business communications. Content that has been mobilized for distribution, such as product data sheets, pricing tables and other sales collateral, is immediately deliverable to customers and prospects from desktop applications and mobile devices.

Once installed, the OnPoint Connector allows marketing content administrators to select, tag and publish assets for immediate access by end users. The process mimics the content management practices used in popular consumer applications for music and photo sharing, making it simple and intuitive to use.
